Welcome To Our Neighborhood

The homes association was originally established for the Enchanted Lake Estates subdivision, but later added Crestview Heights and Crestview Heights Estates. Just under 90 families have homes in the combined neighborhood that is nestled among the trees in western Shawnee, KS. We have a beautiful spring-fed lake that gives the children in the area a great place to catch fish. There is a walking path around the lake that allows all residents the chance to enjoy its beauty. The homes association hosts an annual fishing derby for the kids and a neighborhood barbeque for all the residents.
